Consulting and digital strategy
Specific project deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in separate written proposals, agreements, or invoices.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content including text, graphics, branding, designs, systems, and methodologies is the intellectual property of Odyssey Digital Studio unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any website content without prior written consent.
Odyssey Digital Studio reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.
PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS AND METHODOLOGIES

Odyssey retains ownership of proprietary systems, methodologies, and internal frameworks.
Clients receive a limited license to use final deliverables once payment has been completed.
Clients may not reverse engineer, replicate, or reproduce Odyssey systems without written permission.
ADVERTISING SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Odyssey Digital Studio may manage advertising campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Meta Platforms, Google, or other digital advertising networks.
Clients acknowledge that:
Advertising platform policies are controlled by third parties
Platform algorithms, delivery systems, and policies may change without notice
Advertising results cannot be guaranteed
Odyssey Digital Studio is not responsible for:
Ad account suspensions
Rejected advertisements
Policy enforcement actions by advertising platforms
Fluctuations in advertising performance
Clients remain responsible for ensuring their products, services, and advertising claims comply with the policies of any advertising platform used.
PAYMENTS
Payments for services may be processed through third-party platforms.
Invoices must be paid according to the schedule specified in any service agreement. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services, removal of hosted accounts, terminationof active caampaigns or systems
Late fees may apply where permitted by law.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM
Odyssey Digital Studio may utilize or integrate third-party platforms including but not limited to:
Advertising networks
CRM systems
Analytics platforms
Hosting providers
Automation software
Odyssey is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.
WEBSITE USE
Users agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
Interfere with website security or functionality
Copy or redistribute website content without permission
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
