In Spring of 2024, Rare Management reached out to us to support their digital marketing efforts. What began as a focused engagement quickly evolved into a deeper, more integrated role across the organization. Over time, we became embedded within the creative and strategic direction of multiple brands under the Rare umbrella, including Reunion, Chocolate Avenue Grill, The Grill West and Smoked .

Our work extended beyond traditional marketing execution. Working closely with the executive team, we led brand development, designed and rebuilt digital experiences, and established systems that unified content, paid media, and customer interaction across platforms. From visual identity refinement and website architecture to campaign strategy and creative production, each touchpoint was approached with intention and cohesion.

As the relationship matured, our role shifted from external support to internal creative partner—guiding not only how these brands looked, but how they communicated, operated, and grew within an increasingly competitive landscape.

As of Spring 2026, Rare is looking to launch 3 new locations, in which we will assist in building the digital infrastructure, launching 4 new sites for Rare in the next 6-12 months.

In Winter of 2024, we began working with The Macchi Group to support their property marketing and visual presentation. Our role focused on capturing and refining high-quality listing imagery, including photography, aerial coverage, and post-production, to elevate how properties were positioned across platforms.

Alongside visual production, we developed a range of supporting assets—from property signage and marketing collateral to flyers and email campaigns—ensuring each listing was presented with clarity and consistency. We also explored brand identity development to help establish a more cohesive visual presence across materials.

The engagement remains ongoing, with current work focused on the design and development of a new website aimed at strengthening their digital presence and improving how listings are showcased online.

The Ink Reserve began as a concept rooted in the tattoo industry, initially positioned as a private studio focused on curated work and selective placement. As development progressed, the project evolved into something broader—a structured lead-generation system designed to test how brand, positioning, and digital experience can be used to drive high-intent inquiries.

Our work focused on building the brand and its underlying architecture from the ground up. This included developing the visual identity, designing and structuring the website, and creating a controlled user flow centered around application-based access and qualification.

Rather than operating as a traditional studio, The Ink Reserve functions as a proof of concept—exploring how strong positioning, intentional scarcity, and guided digital experiences can be used to attract and filter demand.

The project is currently in development, with ongoing refinements to its structure, messaging, and conversion flow.
